You went on national television today and told the American people that your agents “neutralized an imminent armed threat.” You stood at that podium, looked the camera in the eye, and sold a story about heroism.
But we know you’re good at performing. You used to be the South Dakota Snow Queen, smiling for judges in a sash. Today, you’re just performing for the press pool, trying to hide a homicide behind a badge.
The pageant is over. Here is the reality.
1. The “Threat” Was Already Neutralized (The Visual Proof)
I am sharing a screenshot from a video today that shows one of your agents—the one in the tan jacket—walking away from the scuffle holding Alex Pretti’s Sig Sauer P320 in his left hand. The gun was gone. The fight was over. One of your agents did his job perfectly and secured the weapon.
2. The “Eternity” Between the Disarm and the Death
Your defense relies on the “split-second decision” doctrine. But the high-definition video proves there was no split second. There were seconds—plural—between the moment the weapon was ripped away and the moment your “Green Agent” fired a fatal shot.
- The Disarm: Gun secured by Tan Agent.
- The Pause: A fatal hesitation where the Green Agent failed to process reality.
- The Shot: A panic reaction into the back of an unarmed, man on his knees.
- The Volley: A contagious firing squad executing a corpse.

5. The “Domestic Terrorist” Lie
Secretary Noem, you went on TV and called Alex Pretti a “domestic terrorist” who came to “massacre” your agents.
Alex Pretti was an ICU Nurse at the VA Hospital.
While your agents were gearing up for a street brawl, Alex was working shifts keeping American veterans alive.
- He didn’t step forward to “ambush” your team.
- He stepped forward because he saw your agents shove a woman to the ground.
- His instinct wasn’t “terrorism.” It was triage. He was protecting a victim from trauma—trauma you caused.
You didn’t just kill a citizen. You executed a fellow federal employee who contributed more to this country in a single shift than you have in your entire term.
You called a caregiver a terrorist because it was the only way to justify shooting him in the back.
The Challenge There is a banner hanging in Seattle right now that says: “KRISTI NOEM LIES LIKE THE DOG SHE SHOT.” It’s harsh, but after watching you spin this execution, it’s hard to argue it’s wrong.
Madame Secretary, the American taxpayers pay you $253,100 a year to lead the Department of Homeland Security. For that price, we expect competence. We expect truth. Instead, we are getting a quarter-million-dollar cover-up for an agent who panicked. You work for us. Stop lying to your employers.
You like to talk tough. You like to act like the “Iron Lady.” So let’s see it.
